Charming Little House with Pool

Completely renovated, this is a charming little house located in the heart of the medina. It features two spacious bedrooms with beautiful tadelakt bathrooms, luxurious decor, and exceptional amenities. A slice of paradise just for you, complete with a swimming pool.

The house traditionally constitutes the master’s home, designed to receive visitors from outside the family. These private apartments generally have a separate entrance from the riad. The house connects to the main riad only through the pool. Everything else is private.

The house is suitable for 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a private terrace.

Bedroom 1 has a moucharabieh alcove beautifully overlooking the living room. It is appreciated by those who want to rest, dream, or read on the couch in the alcove, away from prying eyes.

Bedroom 2 is imbued with the presence of a rare 19th-century coffered cabinet from a Koranic school. It is also decorated with souvenirs brought back from a trip to Djenné, Mali, which illustrate the links between the Maghreb and the Sahel.

The large living room, with its cozy, colonial atmosphere, opens to the sky in summer through a douaya. In winter, it becomes a very intimate place thanks to its open fire. The private terrace offers a superb view of the Koutoubia Mosque and the Atlas Mountains. A Berber tent and a “menzeh” allow you to spend pleasant moments of rest and dinner by candlelight.

Breakfasts are included. With us, you don’t have to cook, we take care of everything for €15 per adult for lunch and €25 per adult for dinner.

The terraces are a legendary place for relaxation. The lounges, under the pergola or near the bougainvillea, allow you to forget everything while listening, in a muted tone, to the sounds of the medina and the call of the muezzin at prayer time. You can choose to enjoy an aperitif under the stars or a candlelit dinner with friends or a romantic dinner.
Unique in the medina, a superb swimming pool located on the terrace. Bathed in sunlight, the pool allows for private swimming, hidden from view. The pool is heated from spring to fall and misted in summer. Equipped with a counter-current system, it allows the more athletic to swim long distances. You share it with the 4-bedroom riad. Everything else is private.
The staff is attentive to your comfort throughout your stay. They welcome you in French, English, Spanish, or Arabic. Our housekeeper or butlers will tell you about the places and sites to discover in Marrakech and the best addresses for the unmissable shopping in the souks or in Gueliz, the modern city.

Upon request, our cook will prepare a variety of tagines and Moroccan pastries, colored by local vegetables and Moroccan spices.
Moroccan, French, vegetarian cuisine… you just have to choose. Market shopping is done daily and we offer cooking classes if you wish.

Our driver and butler will take care of your luggage.
