The space
Villa was built in 1903 and still retains the allure and grandeur of yesteryear. You will find it in the splendid picturesque village of Théoule-sur-mer, where walks will take you to discover authentic and atypical places as well as charming beaches.

Once on the private and luxurious property of Villa, you will be captivated by it, which seems to come straight out of a movie. A wide, flat staircase leads to a large terrace where, in a magnificent setting, lies a large, heated infinity pool of 12×8 meters, secured with a water alarm and its jacuzzi. You will find the outdoors in its most refined form. Nestled against the rock wall, you will enjoy a pool house with a bar in typical Mediterranean luxury and its barbecue area.

Villa offers you contemporary luxury and rooms equipped with air conditioning. The spacious living room opens onto the terrace, which opens onto the fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, microwave… and accompanied by its bar.

Four bedrooms are on the first floor, which can accommodate up to 8 people who share three bathrooms.

– Two of them open onto a terrace with sea view and each has a double bed (180×200 and 160×200)
– The third bedroom has 2 single beds (80×190) and a terrace at the back of the villa
– The fourth bedroom has 1 queen size bed (180×200)

The bedrooms are both refined and simple, all exuding an elegance and luxury seen nowhere else in Théoule-sur-mer.

A comfortable studio in the basement allows you to extend the guest capacity to 11 people.
The studio has windows but does not overlook the garden like the other rooms, and there is no toilet or bathroom in this studio.
It contains two single beds in the mezzanine (low ceiling, an adult cannot stand up), and a sofa bed at the bottom of the mezzanine that can accommodate an adult.
It is connected to the living room by a staircase dug into the rock, and also has private access from the outside.

Outside, a kitchen and a barbecue are at your disposal; as well as an outdoor bathroom.

The loggia is a wellness room / Yoga room with parquet flooring. Sea view and forest at the top of the property.
No sports machines, but some dumbbells, yoga mats, meditation cushions.
A seminar room would be quite possible in the Yoga room. We could occasionally have a large rectangular table installed there to accommodate around ten people.

Villa is a haven of peace in which life is good. In this unique setting you will feel light and far from everyday worries, it is the opportunity to take time for yourself.

Neighborhood
Its location in Théoule-sur-mer is ideal for beautiful excursions to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Ventimiglia (very famous for its large market). This can be done by car, but also by train. You can also follow the spectacular coastal road towards Saint-Tropez where you will sometimes be surprised by sites and bays with fine sandy beaches. What you need for a dream vacation.
